Legacy Laneway House

A Thoughtful Legacy in Finlay Row.

Tucked behind the historic Finlay Houses—an enclave of eleven Edwardian heritage homes—this laneway home seamlessly blends legacy with modern living. Designed as a tribute to a late family member, it provides both an income-generating unit and future family housing, maximizing the potential of the backyard.
