With these guiding principles in mind, they entrusted the design team to bring the vision to life. The result is a humble yet striking home that embodies these values.
Nestled in a vibrant East Vancouver neighbourhood, this charming green garden house exemplifies how practicality and sustainability can harmoniously coexist, providing future renters with a beautiful and versatile place to call home.

The energy-efficient LG Dual Cool system ensures low energy consumption while keeping the renters comfortable in all seasons.
Although the homeowners had to temporarily part with their flourishing garden during the construction, they plan to bring it back in a new form—filling the sidewalk with garden beds abundant with produce to share with future renters.
