The standard roofing includes sloped asphalt shingles paired with sleek aluminum gutters available in Colonial, Step, or Crown profiles. If you’re looking for more specialized features, upgrades include metal roofing, flat torch-on roofing, living green roofs, and balconies.

The standard package includes white vinyl frames in a variety of designs, complete with screens on operable windows and an option for clear or frosted glass. To elevate your home’s look, upgrades include black window frames, custom shapes, muntins, triple-pane skylights, and windows with advanced glazing options.

A fibreglass shaker-style door or a smooth fibreglass door in clear or diffused glass marks the entry to a Smallworks home. Doors come with high-quality hardware in finishes like iron black or satin nickel and a doorbell. Patio doors are available in single or double configurations.

The trim on windows and doors is crafted from paint-grade wood with a resawn finish. For a smoother, more refined look, you can upgrade to premium paint-grade wood trim.

Standard features include broom-finished concrete or natural-coloured pavers for patios and pathways, while parking areas are finished with compacted gravel and paver strips. Grading, topsoil, grass seed, privacy plantings, and 10 linear feet of vertical slat fencing are all included to ensure your outdoor space is move-in ready.
