Siding

Our signature siding options include Cedar Wood Siding from Standard Building Supplies, or James Hardie HardiePlank in Select Cedarmill C+ or Smooth. Both options allow for customizable paint finishes to suit your taste, and a variety of styles including bevel, board and batten or lap siding.

HardieShingles, cedar shingles, stained cedar, stone, brick, stucco, board and batten, and dark colours requiring multiple coats are available as an upgrade.

Roofing

Our homes include sloped Landmark Certainteed asphalt finished roofs.

Choose from Colonial, Step or Crown style Gentek aluminum gutters from Weatherguard Gutters.

Metal roofing, flat torch-on roofing, living roofs, balconies, awnings, and LeafGuards are available as an upgrade.

Soffits

Our soffits are painted 1×4″ hemlock closed soffits with a perforated vent strip.

Cedar soffits or dark colours are available as an upgrade.

Windows

Our signature window package includes white interior and exterior Morrison Series 400 vinyl windows. Windows can be fixed, casement, slider or awning style opening, with screens on all operable windows. Clear or frosted privacy glass is available.

Black interior and/or exterior windows, shapes and sizes beyond typical, and muntins are available as an upgrade.

Curb mount triple pane Columbia Skylights are available as an upgrade in fixed or operable style opening.

Westeck 4300 Series double glazed windows are available in fixed, casement, slider or awning style opening and clear, frosted or mirrored glass style glazing as an upgrade.

Exterior Doors and Hardware

Our traditional signature entry door is the Therma-Tru Craftsman Lite 2 panel smooth fibreglass shaker door. For modern options, we offer any selection of smooth fibreglass doors from the Trimlite Solution Series in clear or diffused glass.

To match the style of traditional doors, our signature main entry hardware option is the Weiser Pemberly Handleset in iron black or satin nickel. Our signature modern hardware option is the Weiser San Clemente Handleset in iron black or satin nickel. Additionally, entry doors include an Emtek doorbell with a style of your choice.

Patios include one single, or one set of double patio Trimlite smooth fibreglass doors in standard white.

Our signature patio door hardware includes your choice of the Weiser Halifax Round Rose keyed entry lever paired with the Weiser Uptown deadbolt, or the Square Rose keyed entry lever paired with the Downtown Deadbolt.

Trim

Our window and door trim is paint-grade wood with a resawn finish. Choose between picture frame or square-cut with sill style.

All custom corner trim is wood.

Smooth paint-grade SPF Wood trim is available as an upgrade.

Landscaping

Our signature 5×8′ patios and 250 square foot pathways are completed using broom finished concrete and/or 2×2′ concrete pavers in a natural colour.

Parking areas are typically 250 square feet and are done with compacted gravel and 2×2′ concrete paver strips.

Each home is given an an allowance for grading, topsoil, grass seed, privacy plantings and 10 linear feet of vertical slat fencing.

Garbage enclosures, abbotsford and permeable pavers, patterning and alternatives to standard paving, Grasscrete, grass sod, rock gardens, custom fencing, concrete and pressure treated retaining walls and planter boxes, and custom plantings are available as an upgrade.
