This charming coach house was born from a simple yet meaningful goal—creating a space just the right size for our client, their beloved dog Lyla, and frequent visitors. The design balances comfort and practicality, offering a private retreat while remaining welcoming for guests.

A key feature of the home is the generous kitchen, where natural elements take center stage. Custom bamboo cabinetry and a spacious peninsula were incorporated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfectly suited for hosting and everyday living.

Although complete with contemporary accents, this home is rounded out with many traditional materials and features.

Engineered hardwood on the second storey, a combination of lap siding and shingle cladding, and a free-standing gas fireplace (our beloved Jøtul Allagash) lend a timeless appointment that will carry this home’s design into the future.
