Full-time commitment Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Compensation based on experience.

-Contract Document production, and management of specifications/standards
-Survey Requests and Engineering Pre-Application Submissions
-BCOne calls for Locations of Services for Project Design and Build
-Home Warranty Applications
-Management of Project Tracking Spreadsheet
-Sending out Specifications and Drawings to trades for Tendering
-Data Entry of Received Quotes into Budget Program
-Management and Ordering of Office Supplies
-Organize lunch and learns
You have great time-management and prioritization skills, a high level of organization and attention to detail, and an understanding of the residential design and construction process.
The successful candidate will work in a small-size, large-volume office in Vancouver focused on designing and building laneway homes. You’ll work closely with the design team, acquire experience on many projects, and have an opportunity for growth in your position.
