Flooring
The main floor of all homes with slab on grade foundations come with hand troweled epoxy concrete with in-slab radiant hot water heat. Customize your epoxy by choosing white or grey base, colour tint, and high or low gloss finish.
Stairs and upper floors feature your product choice of Eckowood’s real hardwood engineered floors, with the option of upgrading to hardwood flooring throughout.
Paint
Our walls, ceilings and trim are painted with high quality products from Benjamin Moore.
Customise your home by choosing any 1-2 light colours. Accent walls, more than 2 colours throughout, and products dark in colour requiring multiple coats are available as an upgrade.

Tile and Grout
Kitchen and vanity backsplashes, and tub or shower surrounds are tiled with a 3×6″, 4×4″, or 6×6″ glazed ceramic wall tile from the Daltile Colour Wheel series. Choose from our signature colours below, in a glossy or matte finish.
Upper bathrooms are tiled with a 12×24″ or 24×24″ floor tile from the Daltile Portfolio series, Daltile Chord series, Daltile Vertuo series, American Olean NeoConcrete series, or the American Olean NeoSpeck series. Choose from any of the colours shown in the product brochure.
The look is completed with 1/8″ grout lines in a custom colour selected from Mapei.
Colour upgrades, intricate patterns, shower niches and shower benches are all available at additional costs.

Mirrors
Bathrooms include a custom size, 5mm wall mounted or floating tempered glass mirror with your choice of bevelled or polished edges.
Custom medicine cabinets are available as an upgrade.
Plumbing Fixtures
Kitchen Sink and Faucet
Each kitchen includes a 22×18″ Brushed Stainless Steel Blanco Quatrus Undermount Sink and a 12″ Chrome Delta Trinsic 2-Function Pull Down Faucet.
Garburators, faucet finishes other than chrome and sink finishes other than stainless steel are available as an upgrade.
Bathroom Sink and Faucet
Main bathrooms come with one white 16×16″ Gerber Wicker Park Undercover Lavatory or one white 18×13″ Kohler Caxton Rectangle Under-Mount Sink. Powder rooms come with a Kartell by Laufen Countertop Small Washbasin. All sinks are complete with your choice of the DJS01 or GS01 chrome faucet by Riobel.
Wall mounted faucets and finishes other than chrome are available as an upgrade.
Showers and Bathtubs
In your main bathroom, choose between a shower with an Acritec Single Threshold acrylic shower base, or a 60×30″ acrylic Acritec Simplicity Pure Alcove Bathtub (based on availability). Showers and bathtubs come with a chrome Riobel 4-Jet Hand Shower, and a straight or curved shower rod.
Glass enclosures, tiled or concrete epoxy shower bases, shower fixture finishes other than chrome, and rain shower fixtures are available as an upgrade.
Toilets
Choose between a Gerber Gravity Avalanche Elongated Toilet, or a Contrac Kiera Dual Flush Toilet.
Wall-mounted toilets are available as an upgrade.
Bathroom Accessories
Each bathroom is complete with chrome Delta Trinsic accessories including a 24″ towel bar, two robe hooks, a towel ring, and a tissue holder.
Lighting
Interiors are complete with 4″ Levanier potlights throughout, kitchen under-cabinet lights by WAC Lighting, Kuzco VEGA vanity lighting in each bathroom, and one Kuzco Helena pendant or pendant of equal value.
Fans, LED strip lights, additional pendants, and outsourced lighting is available as an upgrade.
Exteriors include two wall mounted Kuzco Nordic wall fixtures and two Stanpro motion sensor security lights.
Landscape lighting is available as an upgrade.
Interior Doors and Hardware
Our interior doors are 1-3/8″ thick premium primed MDF Trimlite doors. Choices include flat slab or 1-panel shaker styles, and swing, pocket or bi-pass opening.
Our signature hardware includes the Weiser Halifax Round or Square Rose Levers for swing doors, pocket privacy latches for pocket doors, and flush-mount pulls for bi-pass doors. Hardware finishes include satin nickel or iron black.
Finish Carpentry
Interior window and door trim is painted MDF with the option of square cut with sill, angle cut with sill, or picture frame style.
All guardrails are custom drywall pony walls with an MDF cap, painted to match trim. Each guardrail includes a primed and painted Finger Joint Handrail with your choice of dull chrome, nickel, oil-rubbed bronze or black metal brackets.
Electric panels have a custom MDF shaker or flat slab cover with touch latch opening, and baseboards are 4.5″ painted MDF.
Glass guardrails, wood picket guardrails, drywall with wood caps and solid wood handrails are available as an upgrade.
Storage
Single story homes include attic storage with a fold-down heavy duty attic ladder. Two story homes have the option for either attic access storage, or storage along the baseboards of the second floor with a touch-latch access hatch.
Entry, bedroom and linen closets each include one white wire free-sliding or linen shelf that spans the length of the closet.
Multiple storage accesses and walk-in closets with custom MDF or wood shelving are available as an upgrade.
