We give our kitchens a sleek look by including the Blomberg 22″ Built-In Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator, fully integrated with your kitchen’s custom millwork. If you prefer a more traditional look, you have the option of choosing the platinum silver LG 24″ Counter Depth Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator.
Wine coolers are available as an upgrade.
Wall Oven, Cooktop, and Hoodfan
Our kitchens come with a Fulgor Milano 24″ gas or radiant cooktop, Fulgor Milano 24″ Multifunction self-cleaning oven, and an AEG Perfekt Glide 24″ Built-In Range Hood.
Microwaves, and integrated or exposed hoodfans are available as an upgrade.
DishDrawer
Each home comes with a tall Fisher & Paykel Single DishDrawer.
Fully integrated dishwashers with a panelled front to match your custom millwork are available as an upgrade.
Washer and Dryer
Our homes include a set of Blomberg 24″ compact front loading washing machine and electric air vented dryer.
Laundry room millwork is available as an upgrade.
Building Systems
Each home includes a bathroom ceiling fan, one 50 gallon ComboMax Ultra electric boiler for hot water and space heating on the main floor, and Smith’s Heating Edge hot water baseboard heaters on the upper floor. Fire sprinklers are installed according to building code. Additionally, one exterior hose bib, and one exterior gas BBQ outlet are included in our standard features.
NuHeat cable mats for heated tile floors are available as an upgrade.

Low Voltage Systems
Our communications and media package includes one structured cable box, one phone distribution block, 3 Phone/Data/Cable Wiring, and one doorbell.
For security, we have included the rough-in for security system, one alarm panel, contact sensors for each exterior door, two motion detectors, and two security pads in our standard features.
Low voltage cabling between laneway house and main house is available as an upgrade.
