This 760 sq. ft. Laneway House is a true 1.5 bedroom. The bedroom and flex room can be divided by a magnetic pocket door system allowing for sleep over guests, or even a growing family.
The large quantity of built-ins and custom millwork adds inches to the home’s floor space and it all adds up to an incredibly spacious living and dining area perfect for parties and family gatherings. A living area this large and functional is noticeably absent from most condos on the market and rarely found in a 760 sq. ft. floor plan.
Looking back over the previous posts and photo albums we’ve published, it seems every home is special to us but this one is very special!
