This Vancouver Laneway House, is one of our latest Arts and Crafts’s. The homeowner requested that this small footprint home be customized to suit their lifestyle.
It was personalized with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and a fireplace in the living area. As well, a small first floor bathroom was requested, making it necessary to replace the standard U-shaped kitchen with a small but very efficient single-wall kitchen.
